Elk Meadows is a community where people live in harmony with one another and with the natural environment.
Mission
We are committed to creating a community that makes is easy to live in harmony with one’s neighbors and with the land. We develop the property to create the conditions to be good neighbors, to enjoy the many recreational opportunities, and to be wise stewards of natural resources. We preserve the natural landscape, maintain local wildlife habitat and create a peaceful environment for humans.
Values
- We value healthy community, where people can live in harmony with one another. Our lay-out and amenities support the development of human community.
- We value the natural beauty that surrounds us. We give priority to preserving this.
- We demonstrate our commitment to live in harmony with nature and to protect human health by choosing environmentally intelligent technologies, utilities, building materials and landscaping.

- We value the variety of recreational activities available in the area and provide for many of these within Elk Meadows.
