HISTORY - CHESLER PARK/LOOP

The most popular destination in the Needles district at the Canyonlands Chesler Park. A 600 acre area of gentle grassland, Chesler Park is especially pleasant with the surrounding expanses of desert red rock canyons. The Chesler Park Loop circles Chesler Park meadow with the southernmost portion of the loop consisting of the Joint Trail, a fantastic 1/2 mile long, extremely narrow crack through 50 foot tall cliff walls.
