Elk Meadows is rich in amenities, both traditional and unusual. We have planned wonderful traditional amenities such as a Johnny Miller Golf Course, an Equestrian Center, lakes, ponds, 35+ miles of trails and so on.

However, we also regard as an amenity this beautiful land that we steward -- its varied topographies and habitats, the clear skies and spacious views of neighboring mountains and red rocks, and the many animals and birds that we share this land with.

And through our attention to neighborhoods and good neighbors, we provide the unique amenity of creating healthy communities.

• We live in an area rich in recreational opportunities. We strive to make these easily available for all.
• We want every community member to have full and easy access to all of Elk Meadows, including recreational sites and scenic view areas. Common areas and trails are open to everyone in the community.
• We believe neighborliness is fostered both by chance encounters, such as on trails, and through shared interests, such as golf, equestrian or clubs. We provide multiple opportunities for people to meet each other.
• We maintain, preserve and develop natural features, such as streams, ponds and animal migration routes.
