Amenities

Elk Meadows is rich in amenities, both traditional and unusual. We have planned wonderful traditional amenities such as a Johnny Miller Golf Course, an Equestrian Center, lakes, fishing ponds, hundreds of miles of trails and so on.
However, we also regard as an amenity this beautiful land that we steward -- its varied topographies and habitats, the clear skies and spacious views of neighboring mountains and red rocks, and the many animals and birds that we share this land with.
And through our attention to neighborhoods and good neighbors, we provide the unique amenity of creating healthy communities.
